Highlander National Championship-open to all dues paying members
of the Highlander Class
Highlander Masters Championship-open to all dues paying members
55 and older
Highlander Womens Championship-open to women dues paying members,
wives and children of dues paying members
Highlander Junior Championship-open to all juniors 21 and under
Highlander Classic Boat Championship-open to all dues paying
members registered for Nationals with D & M or Durabilt boats
Registration and Fees
Highlander National Championship Registration $170.00
Registration after June 30, 2008 $190.00
Highlander Masters Championship $15.00
Highlander Women’s National Championship $10.00
Highlander Nationals Junior Championship $10.00
Highlander Classic Boat Championship $5.00
A 10% add on will be charged for all non US Sailing Members (Bring your cards)
Sunday Picnic Dinner $10.00 (age 10 and under $6.00)
Tuesday Barbecue Dinner and Entertainment $15.00 (age 10 and under $9.00)
Thursday Banquet $20.00 (age 10 and under $10.00)
Lunches available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday $6.00/ bag

RACING RULES AND GENERAL REGULATIONS
The event will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the
rules of the Highlander Class and the Sailing Instructions available at formal
check in and final registration at LNYC
Scoring
Scoring will be in accordance with Article VI Paragraph 11 of the Highlander
Class Bylaws
This modifies the Racing Rules of Sailing Appendix A
Trophies and Awards
Trophies will be awarded as per Article VI paragraph 13 of the Highlander Class
Bylaws
The Classic Boat Event will have trophies for the first three places
